During the recovery process, your Physician may request a Registered Nurse to monitor and assess your overall health status and perform any needed interventions. A Home Health Aide may assist you with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and feeding. You may also benefit from the services of a Medical Social Worker and/or Rehabilitation Therapist. Our team of health care professionals will work with you to create an individualized plan of care to help restore your health and maintain your independence.
